Home insurance that rebuilds, not just repays.

We insure your house at what it costs to rebuild today — lumber, labour and code upgrades included — not what it sold for in 2009.

Questions

Home insurance FAQ

Is flood damage covered?

Standard home policies exclude flood. We place NFIP and private flood cover separately — often from $38 a month outside high-risk zones.

How is my rebuild cost calculated?

We use a square-foot estimator updated quarterly with local labour and material costs, then walk through upgrades like hardwood floors or a new roof.

Can I lower my premium?

Monitored alarms, a newer roof, higher deductibles and bundling with auto can each take 5–18% off.

What happens if I sell my house mid-term?

Cancel any time; the unused premium is refunded pro-rata with no fee.
