Built after one bad claim
Our founder Walt Brooks spent a winter fighting his own insurer over a burst pipe. He opened SafeHarbor so no neighbour would have to do that alone.
Twenty-eight years later his daughter Nadia runs the agency with eleven licensed agents across three states. We’ve never sold a client’s data, never cold-called, and we still review every policy once a year.
